Why don't you publish prices?

We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices because we don't build one-size-fits-all rooms. Your quote is itemized to your space, your equipment, and your finish level, and the design that produces it costs you nothing.

Will a simulator fit my garage or basement?

A clear 9 ft of ceiling is a comfortable starting point, and we regularly build in rooms as low as 8 ft by adjusting launch monitor position and screen placement. Low ceilings and tight rooms are something we solve every week, check your room here and we measure your exact space before designing anything.

How long does installation take, and will it make a mess?

Most residential installs are complete in 1–3 days once the room is ready. We handle framing, electrical, turf, screen and calibration ourselves, protect floors and adjacent areas throughout the build, and leave the space clean. You walk into a finished room and play.

What's actually included in a residential build?

Design, the custom enclosure and impact screen, 4K projection, your launch monitor (TrackMan, Uneekor, SkyTrak or Foresight), premium turf and hitting mat, all electrical and cable work, course and game software setup, lighting and acoustic treatment, installation, calibration and a full walkthrough. One team, no subcontractors, and every item appears on your written quote.

Will my family actually use it, and does it add home value?

Yes on both. On resale, a finished simulator room reads as true bonus living space rather than a half-converted garage, a headline feature buyers remember. Day to day, the software keeps it busy: 100-plus real courses, skills challenges and multiplayer mini-games mean a beginner, a scratch player and a ten-year-old all get something from the same room. We set up player profiles before we leave, so it's ready from day one.
