What determines your investment.

Five factors decide the number. Here is each one, plainly, and how we resolve all five before you spend anything.

The honest answer

Why there's no number on this page.

We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices because we don't build one-size-fits-all rooms. Your quote is itemized to your space, your equipment, and your finish level, and the design that produces it costs you nothing.

Any figure we printed here would be wrong for your room, too high for some, too low for others, and honest for almost no one. What we can tell you exactly is what moves the number, and how we pin it down. One conversation. One render. One exact number, in writing.

Where the investment goes

The five factors.

Every quote we write is these five decisions, itemized. Nothing else, nothing hidden.

How the design resolves it

We measure your room, in person or virtually, before anything is specified. Electrical, framing and light control land on the quote as named line items, not surprises halfway through the build.

Factor one

Space prep

The room you start with sets the floor of the project. A finished basement with power in the right place needs almost nothing; a bare garage may need a dedicated circuit, ceiling work, drywall and low-glare lighting before a single component goes in.

How the design resolves it

Your design names one tracking system, chosen for your ceiling, depth and goals, and shows it working in a render of your exact room before you commit to it.

Factor two

Tracking technology

The launch monitor is the single biggest variable in any build. Radar, overhead camera and photometric systems from TrackMan, Uneekor, SkyTrak and Foresight each suit different rooms and different golfers, and we're brand-agnostic, so the recommendation follows your goals, not a margin.

How the design resolves it

The render shows the enclosure built into your actual walls and ceiling, sized to the inch, so the quote covers the enclosure you'll actually live with, not a catalog guess.

Factor three

Enclosure & screen

A DIY kit and a custom-framed, light-sealed, acoustically treated enclosure are different projects with different outcomes. Screen size, impact rating and how the enclosure meets your walls all move the number, and all show up plainly in the design.

How the design resolves it

We match the software to the launch monitor and to how the room will actually be used, and set it up with player profiles before we leave, the quote states exactly what's included.

Factor four

Software library

Course libraries, practice ranges, skills challenges and multiplayer games vary by platform, and some content is subscription-based. What you play on the screen matters as much as what tracks the ball, a serious-practice room and a family room want different libraries.

How the design resolves it

You see the finish level in the photoreal render before we pick up a tool. If you want to adjust it up or down, we re-render and re-quote. Nothing is ordered until you love the plan.

Factor five

Finish level

The same equipment can live in a clean, functional bay or a fully finished club room with scene lighting, acoustics, seating and millwork. Finish level is the most personal decision in the build, and the one a render answers better than any number could.

One conversation. One render. One exact number, in writing.

The number is exact because the design comes first, and the design is free.

Good questions

Investment questions, answered.

Why don't you publish prices?

We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices because we don't build one-size-fits-all rooms. Your quote is itemized to your space, your equipment, and your finish level, and the design that produces it costs you nothing.

One conversation. One render. One exact number, in writing. The quote is the price. No surprises.

What does the quote include?

Everything: every component by name, room preparation, labor, calibration, training and a hard timeline, itemized, in writing. The quote is the price. No surprises, no drip-priced add-ons halfway through the build.

Is the 3D design really free?

Yes. We assess your space, talk goals and produce a photoreal render of your exact room with an itemized quote and timeline, at no charge and with zero pressure. Nothing is ordered until you love the plan.
