Why don't you publish prices?

We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices because we don't build one-size-fits-all rooms. Your quote is itemized to your space, your equipment, and your finish level, and the design that produces it costs you nothing.

Will a simulator really help my listing?

No honest builder can promise you numbers, so we won't. What a simulator room gives your listing is a headline: a cover photo that stands out in the scroll, an amenity guests actively search for, and a reason to pick your place over a comparable one in any weather and any season. We design every rental build to be the photo that leads the listing.

How guest-proof is it between checkouts?

Durability is a core requirement of every rental build. Impact screens are commercial-grade and rated for heavy, repeated use, hitting mats and turf are specified for constant rotation, and the software runs on simple one-tap controls. The room is designed to run hands-off between checkouts, without the host resetting or troubleshooting anything.

What if a guest has trouble using it?

Every build comes with a host handbook and a simple guest instruction card you can leave in the room. The software is chosen for ease of use. Guests pick up a club and start hitting within a minute or two. For anything beyond that, we provide remote support. The goal is zero guest support calls for you.
