The community standard, bright, safe, social.
Why communities call us

Recreation that works for every resident.

Every community lounge is designed for seated and standing play from the start: a wide hitting area, a mat flush with the surrounding flooring, no raised lips or obstacles, and comfortable viewing seating a safe distance from the swing.

The software is configured for ease of use, large-format controls, clear on-screen instructions, and a system that boots to a ready state each morning. Residents play without a staff member in the room.

Resident engagement

A week in the room.

The kind of programming the room supports. We help your activity director build an opening-month calendar, and staff learn to run every one of these before we leave.

League night

Closest-to-the-pin

Good questions

What directors and boards ask us.

Why don't you publish prices?

We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices because we don't build one-size-fits-all rooms. Your quote is itemized to your space, your equipment, and your finish level, and the design that produces it costs you nothing.

One conversation. One render. One exact number, in writing. The quote is the price. No surprises.

Can residents with limited mobility or who use wheelchairs play?

Yes. We design every community lounge for seated and standing play from the start. The hitting area is wide, the mat is flush with surrounding flooring and there are no raised lips or obstacles. Residents who play from a wheelchair or seated position have the same access to the screen and software as anyone standing.

How easy is the system for residents who aren't tech-savvy?

We choose and configure software specifically for ease of use. Controls are large-format, on-screen instructions are clear and the system boots to a ready state automatically each morning. Most residents are playing within minutes of their first visit. Staff don't need to be present for residents to use the room.

Is the room safe for residents and bystanders?

Safety is built into the layout. The impact screen catches every shot, the enclosure contains errant balls and the hitting zone is clearly marked and separated from the seating area. Flooring is slip-resistant turf with no trip hazards.

What programming can we run, and who handles maintenance?

The room supports group leagues, weekly tournaments, closest-to-the-pin competitions, virtual course rounds and non-golf mini-games. We help your activity director build an opening-month programming calendar and train staff to run events independently from day one.

After installation, we provide ongoing support and software updates, most issues are resolved remotely, and if on-site service is needed we coordinate it directly. One contact, one team, for the life of the system.
